today!! very tired and its just only TUESDAY, 2nd day of intern!!
oh dear!! oh dear!! drag myself up from BED then rush to work!!!
As usual, Diployment ~RUnNER!!
Compare to yesterday.. today have more customer, due to the party!!
though i already start having muscle ach.. i do not dare to slack:P
fold napkin, do roll up, then send food, top up...
Compare to yesterday..e seating arrangement doesn't have any improvement at all.. especially the outdoor area..
too huge to recognise and sometimes... my brain stop working n ended up overpass it..
k.. got to stop all my grumbling.. cus all staff have to go pass this stage..
My learning for today!!
actually not very much cus brain kind of stop working today!!
but at least, i noe how to cordinate..
i learn quite a few things esp at the closing..
like eg, estimate the time and start cleaning and packing up..
n also try to open the tray stand with only one hand!!
[hee.. previously, i have a short cut method but was caught:P]
hmm, also learn to plan what kind of dish to be serve out, eg.. if there need a condiment, dun do double job!!
read the recipe carefully before i serve....
k.. this is wat i surpose to know b4 stepping into beWerks but i was kind of rush and neglect all small details!!:P
tat all i can think of right now..
lastly, at closing.. have a small celebration at BewerKS cus one of the staff, lotus[if i'm not wrong~name]'s BDAE!!!

there's pizza, buffalos wings, beer!! didn't get to try out their beer.. [hee.. too ps to take le"P]
after the celebration, went to wG, find my ex-colleague.. hmm, they having wine tasting!!
and hee.. here i come.. have a few slip:P
today, there's food tasting at BeWerKs too!! hmm.. compare their food tasting to wG!!
their quite unique.. maybe due to more variety, as well as lot of ppl..
overall, clear instruction is given out..
oh ya, notice one more thing, there actually a contest, hock beer contest which means those who sell the most will win an award!! hmm.. nice strategy to upgrade e sales!!
i have also notice that the management make use of the board to translate the message to the rest of the staff..this is a very efficiency and effective method.
